OPEN NCPAC COMMITTEES

WEBSITE COMMITTEE: Oversee website content, uptime, and user experience; ensure timely notices and service information are posted.

CONFERENCE COMMITTEE: Plan and deliver the Annual Conference & Membership Meeting (venue, schedule, CE, vendors/sponsors, promotion); may contract tasks but Chair retains responsibility.

BUDGET & FINANCE COMMITTEE: Prepare bi annual operating budget for Board approval prior to the annual membership meeting; recommend mid year adjustments as needed.

BYLAWS COMMITTEE: Draft bylaw amendments; deliver to Board ≥90 days before annual meeting; ensure final notice to membership ≥60 days before vote.

DESIGNATIONS COMMITTEE: Administer the CDA designation: establish requirements (subject to Board approval), review applications/work logs, oversee qualifying coursework/exams, run courses/exams, recommend awards to the Board.

STATE RELATIONS/ADVISORY COMMITTEE: Facilitate cross state coordination; surface policy/education opportunities; advise the Board on interstate collaboration.

NOMINATIONS &ELECTIONS COMMITTEE: Identify and qualify candidates; prepare slate; deliver report to the Elections process before the annual deadline.

PEER ASSISTANCE AND REVIEW COMMITTEE: Provide confidential peer assistance and professional guidance; handle member requests sensitively; limit case discussions to committee.

PUBLIC RELATIONS COMMITTEE: Promote the appraisal profession and NCPAC initiatives; manage PSAs, media coordination, and messaging guidelines.

APPRAISAL STANDARDS AND PRACTICES COMMITTEE: Promote the appraisal profession and NCPAC initiatives; manage PSAs, media coordination, and messaging guidelines.

ETHICS COMMITTEE: Study and promote ethical practice; draft and present NCPAC Code of Ethics updates for adoption.
